We have Gas Safe-registered engineers on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in London and the Home Counties. Wherever you are in these areas and whatever heating or hot water problems you have, we can schedule an appointment quickly to get things fixed.

We’re Gas Safe registered

All of our gas engineers are registered with Gas Safe and carry a Gas Safe ID card. If you ever want to check they’re qualified to carry out the work they’re booked for, you can ask to see their ID. You can also check the engineer’s registration details on the Gas Safe Register website.

The Gas Safe Register ID card includes:

The gas engineer’s name and photo
The gas engineer’s licence number
Aspect’s name and registration number
A start date and an expiry date
A Gas Safe security hologram
A list of jobs your engineer can do

Priority attendance

If you lose heating or hot water, we’re ready to provide a fast response. We’ll try to reach you in one hour at no extra cost, giving you a quick, professional service while you only pay the standard rate. Our gas engineers carry standard parts in their vans, so they’re able to fix many heating issues right away. However, we can also source specialist parts quickly from one of our local suppliers.

Our guarantee and accreditations

We’re fully trade accredited. Aspect is registered with Gas Safe and a member of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA). In addition, the Aspect Guarantee covers the workmanship of our gas engineers for up to 12 months.
