Hi, I'm Melissa Porter, a lifestyle and property TV presenter. I recently joined forces with aspect.co.uk, to advise and help them as they strive to change the face of the property maintenance sector. I'll be working closely with them representing the views of customers and giving my independent opinion of their service.

In the coming months, I'll be writing a regular monthly column, offering hints and tips amassed from the 15 odd years and over 3000 homes I've stepped into during my career. I'll be guiding you on how to make the most of your property, and how to get the most from your suppliers.
