Don’t get hit with unexpected repair costs
The cost of replacing plumbing or fixing problems is something that most property owners want to budget for well in advance.
The findings and recommendations of a pre-purchase plumbing survey could allow for smaller issues to be fixed and prevent them from becoming larger problems in the future.
This pro-active approach could help you avoid emergency callouts. It might also help you to negotiate on the purchase price if the property is in need of plumbing work.
A pre-purchase plumbing survey costs £150.00 (excl. VAT). We can answer any questions you have and schedule a visit by one of our plumbing experts. Call us today!
The visual survey will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
During the inspection the plumber provides a detailed assessment of the plumbing in each room. Each survey includes information and professional opinion on recommended works.
Following the inspection we’ll provide you with a detailed report supported with photos. Finally, a quote for any recommended work will be provided.
Other surveys we offer
Having a CCTV drain survey done before buying a property will highlight any drainage problems a repair work that needs doing. Problems such as scale build-up, cracks and faults, ingress of tree roots, collapse and other blockages are some of the issues that can be picked up.
A pro-active approach to roof repairs could help you avoid storm damage and associated emergency repair work. The findings and recommendations of a roof inspection will allow for small issues to be fixed, preventing them from becoming bigger problems in the future.
