Air Conditioning Maintenance

Regular maintenance of your air conditioning system is usually required to validate the manufacturer’s warranty. Like other technical appliances, planned maintenance also helps to keep your system working efficiently and reduces the likelihood of breakdowns in the future.

The frequency of maintenance visits that should be scheduled for your air conditioning system depends on a number of factors: –

  • Periods of the year it’s operating in
  • Amount of time it’s operating every week
  • Cleanliness of the environment it’s situated in

Maintenance frequency

Most residential air conditioning systems will require one or two maintenance visits a year. This will be dependent on the amount of time they’re in operation for throughout the year.

A commercial system that’s in continuous operation, or that’s located a slightly dirty environment, might need as many as four maintenance visits a year.

Whether you’re a residential or commercial customer we can arrange a schedule of maintenance visits at times that suit your specific needs and that cause the least disruption.
