There is no extra charge for emergency leak detection call-outs. We aim to have someone on-site within 1 hour of booking.
Repairs and reinstatement can be estimated at a fixed price following the investigation.
The position of a leak is not always where the visible signs appear on a ceiling. Small quantities of water often track along concealed structural supports, pipework, etc., to where they collect. It means the visible signs of a leak could be some distance from the actual source.
The logical process our experts follow allows them to locate the source with a high level of certainty. Once traced to a high level of certainty, the potential source is accessed to get visual confirmation to conclude the investigation.
