Alarm testing and repairs

If you have safety alarms connected to the mains, then a member of our team can test them for you. We can test smoke alarms, carbon monoxide (CO) alarms, and heat alarms. We also carry out testing and repairs for emergency lighting. If we find a problem during the fault-finding process, then we may need to replace the unit instead of making repairs.

Please note: we don’t service fire alarms.

Electrical door entry, smart home systems and more

Whether you have trouble with your electrical door, electric gate, heating, or smart home system, our experts will be happy to diagnose the fault for you. We’re able to test cabling and check if there’s power to the system. If this is where the fault lies, we’ll be able to provide the electrical repairs needed.

Most manufacturers won’t allow a third-party contractor to access the software that controls their systems. That’s why, if our testing reveals a fault outside of the electrical installation, you’ll need to speak to the manufacturer. They can then schedule their own engineer to visit your property.

Account customers

We have a dedicated team of account handlers to support multi-site customers and commercial properties: Restaurants, Bars, Offices, Retail, Landlords, Letting Agencies, Hotels, Schools, Embassies, Care Homes and more.
