We’re fully trade accredited. Aspect is registered with NICEIC as an Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer. We’re registered with TrustMark for our electrical work, and we’re a member of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA). Alarm testing and repairs

If you have mains connected alarms, we can arrange for one of our electricians to install and test them. If a fault is found the unit will need to be replaced rather than being repaired.

The types of alarm we can test are: –

  • Smoke alarms
  • Carbon monoxide (CO) alarms
  • Heat alarms

We can also test and carry out repairs to emergency lighting.

Please note: we do not service fire alarms.

Repairs to electrical door entry systems

If your electrical door entry system is broken our electricians can carry out some repairs. They’re able to test cabling and whether or not there’s power to the system. If this is where the fault is found they can carry out the repairs needed.

Most door entry system manufacturers won’t provide third-party contractors access to software that controls their systems. Therefore if our electrician’s testing indicates the fault is elsewhere then the manufacturer will need to be contacted. They will need to schedule one of their engineers to visit.
