Promo Code Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
- Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
- Aspect Maintenance Services Limited employees, their family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible.
- Promo Code Usage
- Promo codes must be redeemed within the stated valid-from and valid-to dates.
- A promo code is valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise specified.
- A promo code is applicable to the specified services only and cannot be used on other services.
- A promo code can be used for services booked within the trade coverage areas detailed on aspect.co.uk
- Discount & Redemption
- The discount will be applied to the total invoice value.
- A promo code must be provided at the point of booking and applied to the booking confirmation email.
- Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
- Restrictions
- A promo code cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If an order made with a promo code is refunded, only the amount paid after the discount will be refunded. The discount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Promo codes may have other usage restrictions.
- Modification & Termination
- Aspect Maintenance Services Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promo code without notice in case of fraud, misuse, or any other issue beyond its control.
- Any suspected fraudulent use of the promo code may result in the cancellation of the discount and potential legal action.
- Liability
- Aspect Maintenance Services Limited is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or errors that prevent the promo code from being applied.
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Aspect Maintenance Services Limited is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or any inability to redeem the promo code due to unforeseen circumstances (except in cases of negligence).
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
