Promo Code Terms & Conditions

Each of our promotion codes has specific usage restrictions, including valid-from and valid-to dates. The terms and conditions on this page cover all promotional offers that we release.

  1. Eligibility
    • Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
    • Aspect Maintenance Services Limited employees, their family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible.
  2. Promo Code Usage
    • Promo codes must be redeemed within the stated valid-from and valid-to dates.
    • A promo code is valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise specified.
    • A promo code is applicable to the specified services only and cannot be used on other services.
    • A promo code can be used for services booked within the trade coverage areas detailed on aspect.co.uk
  3. Discount & Redemption
    • The discount will be applied to the total invoice value.
    • A promo code must be provided at the point of booking and applied to the booking confirmation email.
    • Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
  4. Restrictions
    • A promo code cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If an order made with a promo code is refunded, only the amount paid after the discount will be refunded. The discount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Promo codes may have other usage restrictions.
  5. Modification & Termination
    • Aspect Maintenance Services Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promo code without notice in case of fraud, misuse, or any other issue beyond its control.
    • Any suspected fraudulent use of the promo code may result in the cancellation of the discount and potential legal action.
  6. Liability
    • Aspect Maintenance Services Limited is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or errors that prevent the promo code from being applied.
    • These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
    • Aspect Maintenance Services Limited is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or any inability to redeem the promo code due to unforeseen circumstances (except in cases of negligence).
  7. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

Competitions hosted by Aspect Maintenance Services Limited are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Aspect Maintenance Services Limited, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  1. Entry details, opening and closing dates, and prize information will be stated in the relevant social media post. No purchase is necessary unless stated otherwise. One entry per person per competition.
  2. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a fair and unbiased process. Winners will be contacted via the social media platform on which the competition was run. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Aspect reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise.
  4. Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
  5. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
