Set-price rates based on your location
For some inspections and surveys, we set a fixed price before coming to your property. If the scope doesn’t change, no matter how much time is spent on site, the price stays the same.
If additional work is necessary, your tradesperson will discuss this with you. It will be scoped and estimated separately, and can usually be carried out straight away once it is approved. It is, of course, your choice whether or not to go ahead with any additional work.
