For many smaller jobs, such as inspections and surveys, we set a fixed price before coming to your property. If the scope doesn’t change, no matter how much time is spent on site, the price stays the same.
If additional work is necessary, this will be scoped and quoted separately. It is, of course, your choice whether or not to go ahead with any additional work.
