To cover the wide range of property maintenance work we do, we are registered with many trade bodies. We’ve carefully selected organisations that are well established and, we believe, are recognised as being the most influential and relevant within their sector.
Most of these organisations aim to raise industry standards by assessing the capabilities and processes of their member companies and tradesmen. Some of them, such as Gas Safe, NAPIT and Refcom provide the certification required by law to carry out related work.
We continually invest time in maintaining our memberships and accreditations. As well as helping to maintain working standards, some of these trade bodies can be called upon on the rare occasions when a contract dispute arises. Gas Safe is the official list of gas businesses that are registered to work safely and legally on boilers, cookers, fires and all other gas appliances. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the UK’s gas registration body in 2009. Our Gas Safe registration number is 213844.
