I live in a duplex flat that suffered considerable water damage after an upstairs water pipe started leaking. Most of the damage was downstairs, including a hardwood floor that had to be replaced. Stoica laid the new floor beautifully and fixed numerous other issues. It was all done expertly, without drama and in good spirit. Floor fitting
For bespoke floor installation jobs, we usually arrange for a carpenter to scope the work and provide a fixed-price estimate.
This includes the cost of any materials needed as well as labour. Competitive day rates are provided for these larger scale jobs.
Reactive repairs
Floor repairs are usually charged in half hour increments (1-hour minimum):
