We like to make things easy! Small repairs are usually charged in half hour increments (1-hour minimum)
– £42.75 + VAT on weekdays
– £56.25 + VAT at evenings and weekends
– £72.00 + VAT for late-night visits (9pm to 7am)
Parts and materials are charged in addition to time. There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance, when we aim to be on-site within 1-hour.
Bigger jobs can be quoted at a fixed price following an investigation. Quotes can be produced while still on-site.
Changes to the latest edition of the “Wiring Regulations” (British Standard 7671) mean electrical installations in private rental properties must be inspected and tested by a qualified electrician at least every 5-years.
A copy of the EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) must be given to existing or prospective tenants. It must also be made available to the local authority on request.
When you book an EICR with us, our electrician can provide the report the same day. Remedial or further investigative work needed to be compliant will be quoted at a fixed price. This work can usually be scheduled the same day.
