Trade-accredited experts

We have more than 20 years of experience and are fully accredited. We are certified by Refcom and Building Engineering Services Association, and registered with NAPIT. We have local contractors ready to help with repairs, servicing and installations at domestic and commercial properties.

Our air conditioning services are highly recommended. There are no air con or commercial refrigeration problems that we can’t reliably resolve. All our F-Gas registered contractors are vetted and fully trained. In addition, the Aspect Guarantee covers their workmanship for up to 12-months.

Scheduled maintenance & cleaning

Air conditioning system manufacturers recommend regular servicing of their products. It’s usually a requirement of the system warranty. Maintenance helps to keep it working efficiently and reduces the likelihood of breakdowns. It can also help to reduce higher energy bills.

We can recommend and fulfil any type of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract. We’ll help to keep your air conditioning system running efficiently all year round.

We also provide a sanitisation service. Using medical-grade disinfectant, we’ll clean your air conditioning system, kill micro-organisms, and help protect against airborne transmission.

What can different noises from air con unit mean?

Modern air conditioning units are designed to operate quietly. If you notice your unit has started to sound different, you should arrange for a maintenance or repair visit.

  1. Banging, clunking, or rattling noises usually indicate that parts have either failed, begun to deteriorate or have become misaligned or loose. To prevent further damage, you should turn the unit off and wait until it has been checked.
  2. Clicking noises that occur during regular operation, i.e. after the unit has started or is shutting down, are generally a sign of an electrical fault. Resolving an electrical issue early can help prevent more serious problems later on.
  3. High-pitched screeching or whistling noises require instant attention. This noise is associated with refrigerant leaking from the unit, which is a health hazard.
  4. Buzzing noises are typically associated with debris inside the unit or a fan issue.

Our experts can help repair any of the issues that result in the noises caused by a faulty air conditioning unit.
