Seasonal Survival

As the seasons roll round, there never seems to be quite enough time to get the house looking its best. With aspect.co.uk's Seasonal Survival package, we'll get you looking shipshape and ready for the season to come. Below is a season-by-season suggestion of the jobs we could do for you - but feel free to suggest some of your own!

• SPRING – Roof*

Re-fix slates, replace slates, re-point brickwork, re-bed loose ridge tiles, clean and remove moss and lichen, cut back and remove plant growth, re-fix lose lead flashings, water seal damp brick work etc.

• SUMMER – Garden

BBQ cleaning, pressure hose cleaning of deck/patio, weeding, inflate and fill the paddling pool, re-lamp outside lamps, etc

• AUTUMN – Gutters*

Clear and clean gutters and down pipes, water test, re-fix gutter clips, re-seal lose connections, fix back fascia boards, clear loose debris from gulley covers and traps, etc.

• WINTER – Central Heating

Boiler Service and visual condition report (age of boiler / hot water cylinder, pipe work, radiator valves etc) to include water sampling, etc.

*These packages require two tradesmen, who will both attend for one hour.
