For commercial properties, our half-hourly rate is charged (1 hour minimum), plus the cost of bait and materials. A fixed price for subsequent visits can be provided following our pest controller’s thorough investigation.

We only use trade-rated rodent-proofing materials. These can’t be gnawed, and when installed correctly by professionals, they’re an effective barrier to entry.
Pest proofing work and associated costs can be discussed with our pest controller following their on-site assessment.
Please note that it is essential not to proof against entry too early, as rodents could get trapped inside a property. We eradicate first, then proof against re-entry.
