Our pest controllers have extensive experience pest-proofing residential and commercial properties following successful extermination plans.

Information from their control visits is used to identify possible entry points by mice, rats, or squirrels. They work with experts from our other trade teams to ensure proofing measures are thorough and effective.

They will clearly explain the work needed, how long it will take, and how much it will cost as soon as they have carried out their investigation.

Our pest-proofing services are charged in half-hour increments (1 hour min.). Parts and materials are charged as needed.

From £49.50 + VAT evenings & weekends
From £63.00 + VAT late nights (9pm-7am)

Pest-Proofing Emergencies

There’s no extra charge for emergency attendance when we aim to be on-site within 1 hour.

Duration Discounts

Whenever our tradespeople are on-site for extended hours, a discount to the half-hourly rate will automatically be applied:

Half day (4 hours & more) = 5% off
Full day (8 hours & more) = 10% off

Knowledge and expertise

If a food source remains available to rodents and entry points into a property are not restricted, a rodent infestation could easily recur.

We only use trade-rated rodent-proofing materials. These can’t be gnawed, and when installed correctly by professionals, they’re an effective barrier to entry.

Pest proofing work and associated costs can be discussed with our pest controller following their on-site assessment.

Please note that it is essential not to proof against entry too early, as rodents could get trapped inside a property. We eradicate first, then proof against re-entry.
