Door-set fixed price
A fire safety consultant can be scheduled quickly to assess the requirements and measure up. Within 2 to 3 working days, you’ll receive a fixed-price estimate for the supply, fitting, and certification of the door-sets needed.
Our bespoke door-sets are manufactured in the UK by a BM TRADA registered supplier. The initial attendance is charged at our half-hourly rate. If accepted, this cost is deducted from the fixed-price estimate.
Door-set half-hourly rate
If you’ve already purchased a fire door-set and need it fitted and certified, we’ll charge our half-hourly rate of £42.75 + VAT (1-hour min.).
Our fire safety technician needs the manufacturer’s details to ensure the installation follows their specific guidelines. We can then issue a certificate of conformity.

Attendances to measure up for a bespoke fire door-set, the installation of a pre-purchased door-set or door, and fire door repairs are usually charged in half-hour increments (1-hour minimum):
Materials are charged in addition to time. We aim to be on-site in an emergency within 1 hour of getting a call. We don’t charge extra for emergency attendance.
Fire door leaf installs
We can fit a pre-purchased door leaf into an existing frame. However, because it is not a custom-built door set, it’s unlikely to pass, which means a certificate of conformity couldn’t be issued. This type of installation is booked as Carpentry work rather than Fire Safety.
