Pre-Purchase Roof Survey, £150

This will involve an in-depth survey of the roof and provides full details of any roofing problems along with a cost estimate for repairs.

Pre-Purchase Drain Survey, £95

This can take the form of a CCTV survey, which will provide a full report on the state of the drains, or a more basic ‘look and see’ inspection.
